Where Telegram fits
It fits communities that need a broadcast channel alongside everyday messaging.
Check before you choose
Ordinary cloud chats and Secret Chats have different privacy properties; choose the mode intentionally.
Find the right edition
Start with the destination for your device or the publisher's website. Use the current requirements and terms there to confirm the edition you need.
Compare the workflow
Choose a communication tool around the people who need to join it. Account requirements, meeting access and conversation privacy can matter more than a long feature list.
